And DO NOT waste your money on valve seats. Regardless of what your machine shop guy argues, you DON'T need them. --------------------- I have a 62GT and a 63 GT; the 62 has stock valve seats and the 63 has hardened seats. The difference between the two is the mileage between valve adjustments: about 15K miles on the 62 with stock seats and about twice that much on the 63 with the hardened seats. I do valve adjustments when the exhaust valves recess and clearance becomes tight enough to make it start to idle rough. The intakes don't recess much at all; either car could probably go 50K miles between adjustments on the intakes.
