And DO NOT waste your money on valve seats.  Regardless of what your machine 
shop guy argues, you DON'T need them.

I have a 62GT and a 63 GT; the 62 has stock valve seats and the 63 has 
hardened seats.  The difference between the two is the mileage between valve 
adjustments: about 15K miles on the 62 with stock seats and about twice that 
much on the 63 with the hardened seats.  I do valve adjustments when the 
exhaust valves recess and clearance becomes tight enough to make it start to 
idle rough. The intakes don't recess much at all; either car could probably 
go 50K miles between adjustments on the intakes.  This may not be true for 
everyone, just my experience in the last 240K miles we've totaled on these
