From NAPA the Allied number is 5178R for outer right and inner left and 5178L for outer
 left and inner right. The Stude vendors should have them and if you want chrome or 
polished stainless Speedway has them they correspond to Ford part nos. C1UZ3A131A or
 C4UZ3A131A.
