| Speedo Cable Firewall Grommet
When putting a new speedometer cable in my 1963 Avanti recently I noticed that the grommet was sliced. This is not the way it is supposed to be installed. Here is the tool needed so that you can get the cable through the grommet by threading this tool to the small fitting where it is threaded to connect to the speedometer. A little dish soap on the tool will aid in the installation when threading the cable through the grommet.
