I have seen pictures of 1987's with the same booster that earlier II's used. 
That booster is NOT a Monte NOR is it a GM but a DODGE TRUCK.

If your booster sits at a severe angle pointing up and the master cylinder is a 
newer plastic reservoir style it's a GM but if it's a cast iron master 
perpendicular to the body it's the earlier style.

Definitely Ford Master but booster is Dodge truck from the 70's.
