The older Denver Studebaker & Franklin showroom is now a furniture store. It is located on Broadway which has lots of former and present-day showrooms.

-Historic Preservation/Mixed Use
This 2 million dollar, mixed use, 38 unit, affordable loft project was completed
in 1993 on time and within our schematic design budget. The project required
the approval of both the Lower Downtown Design Review Board and the National
Park Service. Jerrold Glick, a private developer with whom we have often worked,
who was also the Chairman of the Board of the Denver Urban Renewal Authority,
managed the development team. Patagonia occupies the 7,000 square foot ground
floor retail space.
