My Avanti is also P-6334 red. It was last repainted in 1999. In the places where the previous paint shows, it seems close to what is on there now. Still, I suspect that it has been repainted multiple times and I doubt that it is the original red. There was no formula on the card but a note saying to use the formula for Honduras Maroon for the GM cars of that time. The Avanti Red had it's own Lucite stock number which was different from the Honduras Maroon. Either they were the same color or so close that Dupont didn't issue a separate formula. I never recalled having that situition with any other color. I refinished an Avanti about 9 years ago with Honduras Maroon in BC/CC and the customer never questioned the color match and he had owned the car 30 plus years. Sorry StudeRich, didn't mean to step on your answer. Started typing, then when to paint cabinet to see if I had any paint with numbers. Should be more organized before I start typing, but organization never has been one of my traits. Edited by - Aero Blue on 04/20/2009 11:46:02 PM --------------------
