OK, for those who needed some extra assistance troubleshooting signal-stats, I finally dug out my unit (not a word!) models 900, 901, 910: (probably what most of you have) red: right front turn signal green: left front turn signal black: right stop/turn grey: left stop/turn black/grey: stop light switch yellow: load (from flasher) blue: pilot (from flasher) I'm assuming for this unit that the flasher needs to be a 3-terminal unit, or a SPDT type of deal. There is a Signal-Stat part number (180) but that's for a 12V unit. I tried to get it to work with a Chevy fuse block (I cannibalized a Chevy truck for a wiring harness - this unit was originally going into a Chevy street rod) which uses a 2-terminal flasher since there are two turn signal indicators on the dash by using diodes between the front turn signal leads and the pilot lead, it didn't work. Not sure if I f'ed something up or just needed bigger diodes. models 902, 903: green: left turn signal red: right turn signal yellow: load blue: pilot model 905: (same as 900 but in addition has:) white/green - low beams (from relay) yellow/black - high beams (from relay) purple - power (from relay) white - ground (from relay) 9091 is the part number for a replacement handle and hi/lo beam switch for the 905. for all units: pilot bulb: 6V - #51 12V - #53 24V - #356 flasher: 12V - 180 24V - 120 "Nathan J.
