These two excerpts are from a joint full-page non-illustrated ad in the Jan. 8, 1956 L.A. Times.  These two dealers advertised themselves as "The Country Boys" (No Shoes on Their Feet and Patches on Their Jeans).  They were advertising a "Price Bustin', Profit Slashing, Money Saving Sale Sale Sale" of 1956 Studebakers.  So much for humor in 1956.
