Changine rubber Vent window frame to side window seal


It is not hard to change the back vertical piece on the vent window. You can use
a pointed punch to tap out the rivets. Clean up the vent frame and new metal
rubber piece with 3M adhesive cleaner and then use silicone adhesive to install
the new one. Close the vent window and use to popcicle sticks to hold it in
place while it cures. I did this on my daily driver 6 years ago and no problems.
