The car was taken in by my law firm in exchange for fees owed from a client.  We obviously
 do not have need for a car in the firm and need to sell it.  The car was started last week
 to ensure that it runs and drives.  The car was driven to the storage facility last fall 
and we have no reason to believe it could not be driven away.  However, due to title and 
insurance issues we recommend that you tow or flat-bed the Avanti after purchase.

We have a clean title in hand and will provide an attorney-drafted bill of sale at the
 close of the auction.

It would be impossible to restore an Avanti II to the condition of this vehicle for the
