I purchased it from a dealer in West Virginia in 2004, He stated he got it from an estate sale
 but didn't recall the name. It was originally avanti red and is currently bright red. It has a
 Black interior with an automatic.

some details I know are...
1. there was a notebook in the car with dates and service done to the car, most notably all brake
 lines replaced and silicone fluid used.
2. There's a SDC sticker on the pass side back window from the keystone region chapter.
3. The engine was replaced at somepoint with a stude 289

any info you may know would be greatly appreciated.

I have also heard a rumor of someone in Detroit that has all the factory notes from studebaker
 for items that need attention after assembly by serial number?
