The door was coated, inside, with POR-15 and fibreglass mat was laid in the weak spots. The fender contour is great and the underside attachment points are very close...
This was ugly... nuf' said. It's very solid now... Will be coated with POR-15 and FG mat.
This was the last piece to be attached and concludes the metal work on this area. POR-15 and fibreglass mat will be added.
