The interior is completely new, side panels and headliner and carpets. The seats are from an 80-ish Chrysler New Yorker. The drivers seat is all power, not my choice, but very comfortable on a trip, right down to the cupholders. I have original seats in the attic, awaiting upholstery.
September 2008 was the inaugural for the car. After some teething pains with a bad distributor, the car currently runs very nicely and everything works. 2400RPM @ 60MPH, never above 175 on the temp, 50-60# oil pressure cold and at speed, warm. First calculation gave a yield of around 19 MPG.
