64V2488 Rehabilitation

Removed and cleaned Oil Pressure Relief valve
Fastened timing cover
Reinstalled crank pulleys and hub
Checked oilpan fit
Spent afternoon cleaning out water jacket
    Flushed with hose and wire brushed
    Replaced pipe plugs with brass
    Test fit oilpan with filler block.
