It's never a pretty picture when you work with POR-15.....
The inner channels of the sub floor boxes were cut open and coated 3 times, including fibreglass mat. The entire sub structure was reinforced this way, covering any holes and is fairly solid. It's amazing how the glass mat turns into a solid panel when this stuff dries.
This saved me from replacing the boxes and braces. The tack welds on the rocker panel was cut, the panel removed and treated as above. Everything is pretty solid now and we go back to welding everything up and installing the floor
