Started weld tack inside rear quarter Marked pieces for orientation
Inner rocker marked and removed
Exposed sub floor box marked and final adjustments made
Repair of rear floor added material to underside, which affected fit of box. Box was removed and modified (hammer), replaced and buttressed with "l" shaped tabs.
Holes drilled along line of box and screwed at odd holes. Even holed widened and prepped to be spot welds.
Rear brace fit under floor. Snugged up the box nicely, tabs welded and inner box rail spot welded...
