64V2488 Rehabilitation 11 Nov 2005 Thought this would be a good place to start and practice some metal work

So I moved down to the ugly part and ripped out all the bad metal.

First a new side piece for the subfloor box, then a new sill and then fine tuning the inner rocker panel
Had to massage it a bit to get under the sill. Tried to drill the bottom flange to tack it with screws, but the previous "restorer" did so much welding, that I couldn't get through. broke 2 drill bits....
