Cosmetics on the metal patch....

The gap at the door top is a result of not having the trunk mount shim pad in place...

Cosmetics on the rocker panel...

The fender was mounted and bolted on correctly to find any surprises with the fit.

Rocker panel mounted with screws and clamps. Trunk mount point shim pad in place. Removable crrossmember tightened under pillar. Both fender and rocker sanded in line to match contours. Gaps are pretty good...
